All of our beef products are cut from Mid-Western, corn fed cattle. This rich, corn fed cattle produces highly marbled steaks. Additionally, we age all of our products for a minimum of 21 days. Then, each piece is hand cut to our customer's specification. These rich, succulent steaks are sure to please.
